For anyone who wants to help their congregation/small group grow, here are some tips. Although, my friend Jennie has proclaimed the "less chairs" at a party tip for sometime. :)

I am personally in favor of nametags for any event. I am horrible at remembering people's names - I blame it on my children. They have sucked out all my braincells - but it's not really a good excuse. I think it's genetic - my father has awful name/face recall. I can always tell if he can't remember someone's name because he won't introduce me. Anyway, I think peope should just walk around with a nametag. Life would be easier!

Wonder what schmoozing tips you could give us for schmoozing in the beauty salon...or any of the other everyday places we find ourselves???
